This is a reminder that the Dawson County Republican Party will be holding its monthly meeting, Monday, July 20th, at the Professional Building at 28 Main Street, near the Board of Education building, in Dawsonville. The meeting starts at 6:00 PM with a social "hour," followed by the official meeting which begins at 6:30 PM. Refreshments are provided via donation.

We're excited to have William "Billy" Thurmond, chairman of the Dawson County Commission, as our special guest this month. He will updating us on County Government, the SPLOST tax and the new FLOST tax, which was part of HB581.
