The Dawson County Republican Party will be holding its monthly meeting, Monday, February 16th, at the Professional Building at 30 Main Street, near the Board of Education building, in Dawsonville. The meeting starts at 6:00 PM with a social "hour," followed by the official meeting which begins at 6:30 PM. Refreshments are provided via donation.

Our special guest this month is Blake Tillery, who is running for Lt. Governor of Georgia. He currently serves in the GA Senate for the 19th District and is Chairman of the Georgia Senate Appropriations Committee. His political career started more than a decade ago where, as Chairman of the Toombs County Commission, he delivered on both of his promises to lower taxes and improve the infrastructure.
